The track is Kielzog's response to the sounds and images of the 2018-19 Sudanese revolution which brought down longtime dictator Omar Al Bashir but let others like him take his place soon enough. A young woman in white singing atop a car with the crowd chanting back one word to her: Thawra. Nothing of it ended the pain and misery but what matters is that it could – and so it wasn't a failure or in vain either. Thawra features a quiet brooding and even serene start bursting out with the blood and vomit beaten out of each one of you in the torture chambers dotting many places on the countries list going from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe. Thawra means Revolution. It never said Freedom. Associations with bands like: Slowdive, Audiotree, Engineers
